Saracoma.net - hosted by Dr. George Demetri - information on various types of saracoma. Carepages - CarePages are free, easy-to-use Web pages, brought to you by Revolution Health, that help family and friends communicate when a loved one is receiving care. Bald is Beautiful - changing ourselves and the world within and around us, one hair follicle at a time! American Cancer Society - Most areas have a local office that offer a number of various programs to assist those that are fighting cancer. This is their national website, which contains a ton of information.
Inspirational
Dan Millman - Rand introduced me to Dan Millman’s teaching through a DVD based on Dan’s book, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior. This is a link to his website, which has info on Dan’s books, seminars, articles, lectures, etc. Basically, if you want to gain a better understanding of yourself and the things that are important, then check out the teachings contained within The Way of the Peaceful Warrior. For those that don’t like reading, get the DVD. Livestrong - The Lance Armstrong Foundation unites, inspires and empowers people affected by cancer. You see those yellow bracklets on everyone now days. When I was at my darkest, I read about Lance and his struggle. They believe that in the battle with cancer, unity is strength, knowledge is power and attitude is everything.

Their raw, live superfoods are rich in nutrients, high in enzymes and their life force energy at a maximum. I get goji berries from these guys and highly recommend them. Essiac Tea - These guys are in Chappel Hill, NC and offer essiac and several other herbal teas.
Family
Smoky Mtn Baguazhang - My husband, Rand, practices a rare martial art called baguazhang. He does weird things like walk around in a circle for hours. Anyway, here is a link to their website. Actually, it is pretty cool. These guys focus on hard training. They don’t wear silly outfits and or walk around bowing to each other. It not the stuff that you take the kids to do at the strip mall. It is real like he is.
